What to do? Chapters advise various tactics to dealing with different types of 'bad bosses', from handling a rigid attitude with a demonstration of a more profitable path to opening up possibilities for achievement through back door options and handling rivalry between co-workers. I have a boss that continually writes me up once a year. Never finds anything I do right but yet will tell me I am a pivitol part of the department. It has been so stressful that I have had an ulcer twice. Been out on stress leave once. My HR file is spotless after 14 years until she started working in my department. I have been looking for another position but wish I could file some sort of charges against her for being a bully. Is there some sort of support out there?

This has been going on for eons. It's not going to stop unless we have them all killed and make this world a better place to live in. Maybe you could make it look like an accident.
